Shipping Information.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS.

We ship nationwide in South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business. 

DELIVERY COST.

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME.

Most in-stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed before 10:00 am will be shipped on the same day.

Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will be canceled.

You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.

TRACKING.

Your order tracking number will be emailed to you directly from the shipping company at the close of the business day.

ON DELIVERY OF GOODS.

Please check the received goods against the packing slip within 24 business hours of receiving.

This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated as picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can replace but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.

  

ORDER PICK-UPS.

Allow us at least 4 hours to get your order ready, if you are buying samples then feel free to buy direct from our showrooms.
